1929 : Creation of ETDE

ETDE (Entreprise de Transport et de Distribution d’Electricité) founded, with energy infrastructure as its core business.

1961 : Creation of David Webster

1971 : Creation of Thermal Transfer

1984 : ETDE becomes part of Bouygues Group

1989 : Creation of Ecovert

2002 : Over the next 6 years, ETDE makes more than 60 acquisitions including ICEL, Thermal Transfer and David Webster

2009 : Thermal Transfer becomes ETDE Contracting

2012 : UK entities aligned under the ETDE brand
