• Actitudes is the Group’s commitment to sustainable development

Embedding the principle of sustainability into Icel Group’s services is part of our daily routine. This helps to manage the impact of our business on the environment, keeps our health and safety practices compliant and maintains good relationships with clients, employees, communities and suppliers. Icel Group, through its parent company Bouygues Construction, has identified seven key sustainable principles to ensure it makes the maximum contribution to sustainable development. These are part of a broad work plan that covers our everyday activities:

	Incorporate risk management into the day-to-day activity of the company
	Lead the way in terms of occupational health & safety
	Develop our employees’ skills & promote equal opportunity
	Build long-term relationships with our partners, suppliers & subcontractors

	Participate in the economic & social life of the regions where we operate

From these seven key principles, Icel Group has identified 17 priority actions to be undertaken in its day-to-day activities where the responsibility and management of these are controlled by heads of departments.
